SO2/CO2 Sensor, MES 1002 is developed for the maritime industry, and its harsh maritime environment. The sensor measures the relationship between SO2 and CO2 gases directly in the exhaust uptake, which makes it capable of sending data updates every second. Fast and accurate measurement of emission gases is vital in meeting environmental legislation, and enables a sound solution for Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) as documentation of compliance.
The sensor is self-calibrating, and is consequently easy operate, and maintain. Installation is easy, and requires only pressurized air, data cable and power.
The sensor offers a variety of interfaces, including Modbus/TCP-IP, Analog Out (4-20 mA) and RS-485 for GPS data.
