Danfoss IXA attends minister Morten Bødskov in a Business Delegation to China
Our Managing Director, Peter Friedrich Gschwend, has been part of the Danish maritime business delegation on a visit to China, alongside Danske Maritime and Danish Shipping.

The delegation was led by the Minister for Industry, Business and Financial Affairs, Morten Bødskov, and focused on the shared commitment between Denmark and China to the green transition of the global maritime industry.
As one of the world’s largest shipbuilding nations, China is an essential partner in developing sustainable technologies and green fuels required to meet the IMO’s ambitious climate goals within the Net Zero Framework.

During the visit, Denmark and China signed a Memorandum of Understanding on green shipbuilding and green maritime technologies. The delegation focused on dialogue and cooperation at ministry level, as well as knowledge sharing between key industry players on the topics of green shipbuilding and maritime technologies for accelerating the green transition of global shipping.
As a key player in the development of innovative technologies for the global maritime industry, Danfoss IXA brings extensive knowledge to further developing mutual commercial interests between Denmark and China for the benefit of Danish export and the sustainable future of shipping.
