New Managing Director to Danfoss IXA A/S 

Danfoss IXA A/S, a global supplier of in-house developed and patented maritime CEMS technology for monitoring and measuring emissions from global shipping, has a new Managing Director.

As of September 1, 2025, Peter Friedrich Gschwend started the position as Managing Director, taking over from Claus Vogel, who after more than 4 years has decided to step down as director of the company.

Danfoss IXA is a technology company within the Danfoss Group, and it is an experienced Danfoss Director rooted in the maritime sector that has taken over the leadership of Danfoss IXA. With more than 18 years in various leadership positions from Danfoss Drives, which develops and produces electric, and energy efficient solutions based on power conversion to help decarbonize any industry including the maritime sector, Peter Gschwend will lead Danfoss IXA into the next phase.

2025 has been a year of double-digit revenue growth because of record-high order intake, making 2025 the best year measured by growth in both top and bottom line since the foundation of Danfoss IXA in 2009.
